For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related s2777 policies:

• "s2777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the s2777 online gambling platform, its operators, parent entities, affiliates, licensees, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" refers to the s2777 website accessible at s2777.net, including all associated mobile-optimized versions, sub-domains, and any future applications or delivery channels through which s2777 services are made available.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the s2777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the s2777 Platform, including the associated wallet balance, betting history, bonus credits, and personal information on file.
• "Games" refers collectively to all gambling products available on the s2777 Platform, including but not limited to live casino table games, online slots, online bingo, sabong livestream betting, and any other wagering products offered from time to time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any staking of real-money funds held in a Player's s2777 Account on any Game outcome.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to any promotional funds, free spins, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific s2777 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Philippine Peso" or "PHP" or "₱" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the sole transactional currency of the s2777 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is illegal, restricted, or requires a license not held by s2777.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by s2777 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds prior to processing withdrawals or upon s2777's request at any time.

By accessing the s2777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with s2777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s2777 Platform and close your Account by contacting s2777 customer support.

s2777 reserves the right to require explicit re-acceptance of these Terms from existing Players at any time, including upon material amendments to any provision. Failure to re-accept updated Terms when prompted may result in temporary suspension of Account access until acceptance is confirmed.

Registration and participation on s2777 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. s2777 may require documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for confirming that your participation in online gambling via s2777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. s2777 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Attempting to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions using VPN services, proxies, or other technical means is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each Player may maintain only one active Account on s2777. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, s2777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or payment account details, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years or older
• Valid mobile number registered to a Philippine carrier (Globe, Smart, DITO)
• Valid email address that you actively monitor
• GCash, PayMaya, or bank account details in your legal name for withdrawal processing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s2777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. s2777 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify s2777 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised. s2777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

s2777 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account if unusual login activity is detected, pending identity verification by the Account holder. This security measure is applied for the protection of Players and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by s2777.

s2777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. International payment methods including Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are processed exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your s2777 Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the processing bank. s2777 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests to GCash are processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 banking hours during standard Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. s2777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's legal name matching the s2777 Account
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00
• Bonus credit balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met
• s2777 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction
• Players who have not completed KYC verification may be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed

s2777 is committed to full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. s2777 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities without prior notification to the Player concerned. Players must not use the s2777 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.

All Wagers placed on s2777 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each Game type. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the Game being played. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules set out in these Terms and game-specific rules displayed on the Platform, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. s2777 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed Wagers except in cases of provable technical error attributable to s2777.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply to each Game and are displayed within the respective game interface. s2777 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, s2777's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome at the time of disconnection.
• s2777 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on a Game that experienced a verifiable technical error affecting the fairness of the outcome, and to refund the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Sabong (cockfighting) livestream bets are governed by the rules of the accredited cockpit venue broadcasting the match. s2777 will honor outcomes as declared by the officiating venue authority.

s2777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all s2777 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud.

• s2777 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and withdraw promotional credits in cases where abuse of bonus terms is suspected, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game risk.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s2777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or making fraudulent payment claims including chargebacks on legitimate transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game, including but not limited to coordinated betting on opposite outcomes in peer-to-peer games or live dealer tables.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial intelligence system to place Wagers or interact with the Platform on your behalf without human real-time input.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug, glitch, or misconfiguration in the Platform's software, game engines, or odds calculations for financial gain. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting such errors will be void and forfeited.
• Money Laundering: Using the s2777 Platform as a channel for laundering illicitly obtained funds or for any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Underage Access: Accessing or using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after receiving gaming services from s2777. s2777 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue legal remedies.
• VPN and Jurisdiction Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to disguise your true location in order to access s2777 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

All content on the s2777 Platform, including but not limited to the s2777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of s2777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the s2777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any s2777 content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software underlying the s2777 Platform
• Creating derivative works based on any s2777 content or software
• Using s2777 content for commercial purposes, including affiliate marketing, without an authorized s2777 affiliate agreement

Any unauthorized use of s2777's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s2777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Game shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their s2777 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s2777 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind
• Losses arising from interruption of Platform service due to technical maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events including typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, or government-ordered service suspensions
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security as required under Section 4 of these Terms
• Losses arising from the Player's own internet connectivity issues during live game sessions

s2777 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

s2777 may share Player data with Philippine regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units where required by law, including under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act and relevant PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Such disclosures do not require prior notice to the Player concerned.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by s2777, subject to s2777's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

s2777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Philippine player base. s2777 recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player Account dashboard:

s2777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including payment fraud and bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Regulatory directive or court order requiring account restriction
• Discovery that the Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed by s2777 for operational reasons unrelated to Player breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 Philippine banking days, subject to completion of KYC.

Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting s2777 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following KYC verification.

In the event of any dispute between you and s2777 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any Game, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Customer Support: Contact s2777 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 hours. Provide your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to s2777 via email. s2777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a final written response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following s2777's final written response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority for further review.

s2777's server logs and game records shall be the definitive and final record in any dispute concerning Game outcomes, bet placement, or account transactions, unless a demonstrable technical error by s2777 can be established.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall limit s2777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the s2777 Platform or its players.

s2777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of each version of these Terms is indicated at the top of this document. s2777 will notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the s2777 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players, or updates to company information — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
